Nexartis and Yanez.ai Partner to Verify Human and AI Agent Activity Across Digital Transactions

Nexartis LLC and Yanez.ai, Inc. today announced a technology integration and commercial partnership to help organizations verify whether digital actions, content, and transactions originate from a real person, an AI model, or an authorized agent acting on behalf of a user or organization.
The partnership combines Yanez.ai’s proof-of-humanhood and human uniqueness attestation capabilities with Nexartis’s Know Your Model, or KYM, infrastructure for model identity, AI agent provenance, delegation-chain validation, and governance attestation. Together, the companies aim to create a dual-layer trust framework for human-AI interactions.
As AI-generated media, autonomous agents, and machine-executed transactions become more common, organizations increasingly need reliable ways to determine who or what initiated a digital action. A marketplace, content platform, enterprise workflow, or payment network may need to know whether an event was initiated and authorized by a verified person, a verified model, or an agent operating under delegated authority. Nexartis and Yanez.ai are partnering to make those trust signals available in a verifiable, machine-readable format.
Two Layers. One Verified Interaction.
Under the partnership, Yanez.ai will contribute the human verification layer, including proof of humanhood and proof of uniqueness attestations that indicate a real, unique person is associated with a given action or event. Nexartis will contribute the AI verification layer through its KYM infrastructure, including model identity verification, AI agent provenance tracking, delegation-chain validation, and governance attestation.
Together, these capabilities are intended to produce what the companies call a Verified Interaction: a signed digital record showing that both the human and AI/model layers involved in an action have been verified. The record is designed to help requesting parties, platforms, and counterparties evaluate whether a transaction, content event, or agent action can be trusted.
Initial Use Cases: Trusted Journalism and Personal Health Guidance
The companies expect the integration to support early use cases in community-centric journalism and personal health guidance, two markets where trusted human expertise and AI-mediated distribution are increasingly intertwined. In both markets, the core trust challenge is not only whether information is useful, but whether the human source, AI systems, and any delegated agents involved in creating, transforming, recommending, or monetizing that information can be verified.
In journalism, the combined infrastructure could help verify independent reporters and citizen journalists, preserve attribution, and enable AI agents to distinguish trusted local reporting from synthetic or unattributed content. In health information, the same trust stack could help verify that content is associated with a real, credentialed human expert while tracking whether AI systems transformed, summarized, or recommended the information. Health information is a compelling early application because professional credentials can often be checked against existing registries, and the consequences of misinformation can be significant. Together, these use cases illustrate the purpose of the Nexartis–Yanez partnership: verifying both the human source and the AI systems involved in high-trust digital interactions.
More broadly, the partnership is designed to support verified media workflows, agent-to-agent transactions, and human-gated marketplaces. In these settings, access, execution, recommendation, attribution, or settlement may depend on proof of both humanhood and model provenance.

KYM Network Coordination Layer
As part of Nexartis’s broader architecture, KYM Coin is intended to support network coordination functions within the Nexartis ecosystem. Attestation credentials, including human attestations, model attestations, delegation records, and provenance proofs, are designed as verifiable credentials and cryptographically linked records, not tradeable trust claims or payment instruments.
Partnership Roadmap
The companies expect the partnership to proceed in phases, beginning with technical alignment between Yanez.ai’s human attestation infrastructure and Nexartis’s KYM model-verification and agent-provenance systems. The initial proof-of-concept work will focus on verified media and content workflows using Nexartis’s CubiCube® platform, including applications in community-centric journalism and personal health guidance. Subsequent phases are expected to include agent delegation pilots and marketplace pilots that require both humanhood and model provenance before access, execution, recommendation, attribution, or settlement.
The companies will jointly define integration milestones, customer deployment criteria, and commercial launch requirements before broader availability.
